If for any reason your BEKANT desk has its legs out of sync, you may notice the desk moves unevenly, doesn’t move up, or doesn’t move at all. What can you do?

Hey rejoice! It’s an easy fix. No need for disassembly.

First make sure the “obvious” things are ok.

The desk is plugged in.

The “key” is in the control box.

There is absolutely nothing blocking the desk from moving down.
(Double check this before moving on)

After checking that there are no obstructions, you can continue. This is important, because the next step will bypass the safety features of the electric motors.
